Commercial Estimator

Position: Commercial Estimator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced and passionate Commercial Bathroom Product sales team. You will have an opportunity to develop your existing skills, as well as taking on new challenges, and gaining vast industry experience. There will be opportunities for future career development for individuals who contribute to the business and show initiative.


  • Interpret technical drawings to enable preparation of quotations for Commercial & Residential projects
  • Sales order processing for Residential and Commercial projects
  • Liaise with commercial sales managers/sales representatives and provide support in dealing with any project related matters
  • Provide data sheets and relevant DOP certs in support of quotations
  • Use of CRM system to manage quotations, quote status, assigning opportunities and conversion tracking
  • Pre-sales support by reaching out to various professional connected with upcoming projects, with a view to getting sales managers and representatives appointments
  • Support and initiate continuous improvement of processes and tasks to create capacity and improve quality of output
  • Preparation of tenders and planning activities, reviewing and assessing all documentation, producing detailed BQQs
  • Ensuring fully compliant tenders are returned on time


  • Have a thorough understanding of detailed drawings specifications and Bills of Quantity
  • Ability to work unaided under pressure effectively
  • Excellent organisation & communications skills
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B customer relationship development
  • Ability to prepare Technical Product Submittals
  • Self-motivated, team player with a keen eye for detail
  • 2-3 years’ construction or related industry experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills to accurately evaluate detailed specifications


  • Starting Salary will be negotiable & competitive based on experience.
