Receptionist & Office Administrator

 Department: Customer Experience, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to be part of our exciting customer experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent receptionist/front-of-house services, together with performing key administrative tasks within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high quality customer service, dealing with telephone calls and visitors in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling and booking customer appointments for our showroom.
  • To undertake a range of administrative activities, requiring use various IT systems.
  • Responsibility for filing POD’s and dealing with customer POD requests.
  • To circulate incoming post to all staff and ensure outgoing post is sent daily.
  • Maintenance of franking machine.
  • Ordering all stationery and consumable supplies for the office.
  • Maintain a clean & tidy reception area.
  • Processing of customer sales orders
  • Advising customers of estimated stock arrival times
  • Managing back orders
  • Ad hoc administration assistance for various department.

Key Requirements:  

  • Previous experience as an Administrator / Receptionist is desirable.
  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks concurrently, effectively, and to deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise important tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Highly professional, well presented, and welcoming manner.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate optimally with telephone callers, visitors, and staff.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude.
  • Computer literate with proficient knowledge of outlook, word, excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Salary: €30,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Full time permanent role.

Warehouse Operative – Goods Outward - Night Shift (€18 per hour)

Department: Operations

Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will have proven demonstratable experience in all areas of warehousing processes and procedures.

The key focus of the goods outward team is to ensure that all goods are picked, packed and sent correctly on a daily basis in order to achieve full customer satisfaction, whilst being involved actively with continuous improvement projects and having responsibility for ensuring that the workplace environment is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders for next day delivery.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Quality evaluation of goods leaving the site.
  • Ensure that all goods are labelled correctly
  • Operating a fork truck to move pallets between locations and ensuring that products are stored correctly and safely.
  • Recording paperwork accurately to reflect product movements. 
  • Liaising with the other departments to ensure full customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as and when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety legislation at all times especially manual handling and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years demonstratable experience within a warehouse function in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
  • 2+ years demonstratable experience of WMS
  • Demonstratable understanding on warehouses functions and the affect it has on entire business.
  • Reach and counter balance fork-truck licenses

ScheduleSunday night to Thursday night

Hourly Rate€18 / hour + Overtime at 1.5

Warehouse Operative – Goods Inward - Day Shift (€14.50 per hour)

Department: Operations

Overview 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced goods inward operative to join our goods in function. The successful candidate will have proven demonstrable experience in all areas of the goods inwards process.

The key focus of the goods inwards team is to ensure that all goods are receipted onto the system on a daily basis in order to achieve full customer satisfaction, whilst being involved actively with continuous improvement projects and having responsibility for ensuring that the workplace environment is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and put-away of all product arriving on site daily (Hand ball and palletised).
  • Expediate deliveries as required.
  • Monitor incoming deliveries a number of days in advance and prepare the warehouse for those deliveries.
  • Ensure that all product is quality checked upon arrival and handled with care at all times.
  • Ensure that all items are labelled correctly during receipt. 
  • Ensure all goods are put-away in a safe, consistent and timely manner into the correct locations.
  • Accurately documenting all goods inward to ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
  • Liaising with the buying department to ensure all incoming goods reflect what was on purchase order.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as and when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety legislation at all times especially manual handling and safety requirements. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years demonstrable experience within a goods in function in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
  • 2+ years demonstrable experience of bringing goods into stock and performing location adjustments.
  • Demonstrable understanding on the goods in function and the affect it has on entire business.
  • Reach and counter balance fork-truck licenses

Schedule of work: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: €14.50 per hour + overtime at 1.5
