Customer Experience Manager 

Overview: We are looking for an experienced customer service professional. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be an integral link between the customer experience team and our customers to drive business performance. This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for managing and supervising the customer experience team; ensuring all resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet all SLAs.

The role will also include working closely with commercial, finance, and warehouse functions. The successful candidate will oversee systems to deal effectively with customer inquiries, orders, reports, driving performance, and in turn, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the daily activities of the customer experience department, by leading a team of high performing customer experience staff, including the office, technical support, and showroom teams ensuring that all company objectives are achieved
  • Coach, mentor, develop and carry out performance reviews of the customer experience team
  • Carry out regular one-to-ones to support a culture of ongoing learning and development, identifying development needs to ensure that individual skills and knowledge are progressed effectively
  • Drive operational process improvement initiatives within the department which supports all areas of the sales function, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and company goals
  • The main point of contact for sales, commercial, finance, and warehouse teams
  • Create a culture of focus and teamwork
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively and ensure that the team understands their responsibilities
  • Monitor the changing needs of the department, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and proactively provide recommendations.


  • Minimum of three years experience managing a high-volume customer service function
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate and lead a customer service department
  • Direct B2B and B2C experience, selling to small, medium, and large businesses
  • Able to thrive in a high-energy environment and is proactive in solving problems
  • Proven ability to streamline workflows that increase team effectiveness
  • Customer-orientated with the ability to motivate others and drive standards of excellence
  • Adaptable, decisive, professional, and able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Highly proficient in IT with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer Experience Advisor 

Overview: The successful candidate will be an integral link between the SONAS sales team and our customers, in order to continue to drive business performance. The role also includes working closely with commercial, finance and warehouse functions.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700


  • First point of contact for customer queries
  • Communicate with customers via calls, email and online chat
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and act with the customer in mind at all times
  • Follow up with customers on issues that were not able to be resolved at first contact
  • Process customer orders within the agreed timeframes
  • Chase and follow up on estimated arrival times from the purchasing team and advising customers with updates.
  • Promote products and offer alternatives that will benefit our customers.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain excellent product knowledge.
  • Ensure effective communication with all departments
  • Liaising closely with the warehouse and finance teams on outgoing orders and customer returns.


  • Proven experience in dealing with customer queries to the point of resolution.
  • Excellent customer facing, telephone and electronic communication with a proven ability to be able to listen to customer queries and respond appropriately.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and exude calmness under pressure
  • Well organised and have an excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible in your approach and excellent at solving problems
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Warehouse Operative 

Position Summary: Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager and Shift Supervisors in maintaining the smooth operation of the Warehousing function at SONAS Bathrooms, ensuring company's targets and objectives are met, whilst complying with health & safety, security and standard operating procedures.

General Responsibilities

  • Undertake any work assigned to you by the Company to the best of your ability.
  • In your dealings with management, colleagues, customers and suppliers, adhere to the Company’s values, while adhering to the following

Responsibilities Specific To Your Role

  • Process orders for next day delivery.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Quality evaluation of goods leaving the site.
  • Ensure that all goods are labelled correctly
  • Operating a fork truck to move pallets between locations and ensuring that products are stored correctly and safely.
  • Recording paperwork accurately to reflect product movements. 
  • Liaising with the other departments to ensure full customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as and when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety legislation at all times especially manual handling and safety requirements.


  • Experience within a warehouse function in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
  • Experience of WMS
  • Understanding on warehouses functions and the affect it has on entire business.
  • Reach and counter balance fork-truck licenses will be a distinct
