Partnering with Eaton Brae Homes and contractors Kilkenny Residential, SONAS played a pivotal role in outfitting Eaton Way with premium sanitaryware. From the project's inception, SONAS collaborated closely with the development team to grasp the unique vision for Eaton Way.

The Brief 

The project aimed for a high-grade finish with stylish design elements in all bathrooms. The goal was to achieve excellence in design and functionality, incorporating innovative and contemporary features.

Michael Colgan, SONAS National Specifications Manager, and Paul O’Neill, Residential Sales Manager, collaborated with Eaton Brae Homes and Kilkenny Residential. Together, they created a specification prioritising high-quality SONAS products.

Inspired by the minimalist luxury loft aesthetic of New York, the design concept merged clean lines with spacious, light-filled interiors and luxurious bathrooms. The aim was to create an ambiance of modern sophistication throughout the development.

Through collaborative sessions and detailed planning, the project team developed a comprehensive brief. This served as the foundation for SONAS’ product selection.

Every detail, from finishes to fixtures, was carefully considered to ensure Eaton Way embodied contemporary luxury.
