Marketing And Product Portfolio Development Coordinator

Sonas Bathrooms is Ireland's leading importer and distributor of bathrooms and accessories supplying both the retail market and the construction industry Our business model involves accessing our customers through a network of nearly 400 retailers across the country - including all the major national building and plumbing merchants as well as independent bathroom retailers and smaller independent shops. Our customers are, anyone who's buying or installing a bathroom, from a home owner to a builder or plumbing contractor. We also liaise with key influencers such as Interior designers and architects, who specify what products gets installed into such fit-outs

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual who has the vision and drive to build a career in a fast-growing business. Working closely with the senior buyer you will contribute to the development of our product portfolio and the implementation of marketing strategies in line with the company’s brand development strategy. The role offers an opportunity to travel in Europe and China as part of the product development process, assisting in development of relationships with suppliers and the evaluation of products and market trends.

  • Evaluate existing products according to market trends and search for improvements and new products which enhance predetermined gross margin targets.
  • Liaise with the senior Buyer in developing relationships with suppliers.
  • Involvement in the product development process and the introduction of new products to our market in line with the company’s strategies of brand development
  • Develop strategies and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive awareness, and engagement with our product ranges
  • Maintenance of all records and samples associated with the product category to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products and compliance with relevant standards

We require a candidate with excellent project management skills, who has the ability to communicate the vision of the Company and its products to suppliers and customers alike.   • Project management skills and knowledge of the product cycle and product development timelines
  • Strong analytical, problem solver with good negotiation skills
  • Must be delivery focused
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Third level qualification or equivalent in marketing or business discipline is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and its functions
  • Must have the ability to make real impact and contribution
  • Highly motivated and organised with a flexible attitude.

Specification Sales Representative - Northern Ireland

SONAS Bathrooms are Ireland’s leading provider of Sanitaryware & Bathroom Products to the retail and construction industry.  Our products are marketed through a network of leading retail bathroom showrooms and plumbers merchants.  We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated specification sales representative to join our company.

The Role

To support our current sales structure we are seeking an experienced professional to generate demand for our products through specification with Architects, Mechanical Consultants, Specifiers, Housing Executive & Associations and the NHS.

You will be required to identify upcoming projects using our CRM system which is populated with industry planning information with the objective of creating specifications which will be managed by way of back selling through our regional territory manager and our customer base in the region.

The Candidate

  • Should be based in Northern Ireland
  • Have a proven track record in specification selling
  • Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Programmes  
  • Highly motivated and organised individual with ability to effectively manage CRM tools
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Bathroom or relevant construction industry experience would be desirable

Sales Representative - Munster

The Role

  • Manage and develop an existing well established customer base in Munster
  • Create demand for our products by back selling through our retail and merchant customer base
  • Secure supply of our products on new residential and commercial construction projects
  • Call to and market our products to Architects, Engineers, Building & Plumbing Contractors
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to enable the continued growth of the region

Warehouse Operative - Night Work

Sonas Bathrooms are Ireland’s largest provider of bathroom products to the retail and construction industry. Operating from a 90,000 square foot distribution centre the daily activities of the business has grown to a significant logistical operation.  

The Role:

We are looking to recruit night time warehouse operatives with experience in high traffic warehouses operating to high standards of efficiency and organisation.

 The Candidate

  • Previous experience in warehousing & distribution 
  • Reach truck, counterbalance & PPT licence
  • Manual Handling
  • Good English
  • Ability and willingness to work night shifts.

3D Modeller / Artist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual who has the vision and drive to build a career in a fast-growing business. Working closely with the marketing and buying team you will contribute to the development of our product portfolio and the implementation of creative strategies in line with the company’s brand development strategy.

The ideal candidate will  have commercial experience in 3D, and CGI visualisation with a flair for the latest trends in interior design and the ability to create photo-realistic models of our product range in a realistic bathroom setting which showcases our range in the best light. The candidate must have ability to manage multiple projects, communicate with key stakeholders and collaborate with other artists.

 

The Role:

  • Create photo realistic 3D models of our product range.
  • Create CGI generated images and 360 degree life style animations of bathroom settings with the SONAS Bathrooms product range.
  • Prepare design presentations for commercial clients.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

 The Candidate

We require a highly motivated candidate with a flair for design, who has the ability to convey the vision of the Company and its products to suppliers and customers alike.
