Sonas Bathrooms is Ireland's leading importer and distributor of bathrooms and accessories supplying both the retail market and the construction industry. Our business model involves accessing our customers through a network of nearly 400 retailers across the country - including all the major national building and plumbing merchants as well as independent bathroom retailers. Our customers are, anyone who's buying or installing a bathroom, from a home owner to a builder or plumbing contractor. We also liaise with key influencers such as Interior designers and architects, who specify what products gets installed into such fit-outs.

Duties Include :

Order Processing and Customer Service

  • processing of website enquiries
  • online chat
  • answering telephone calls
  • replying to emails
  • dealing with customer returns and damages
  • liaising with shipping department
  • ensuring smooth running of operations.

Website Product Catalogue Management

  • creation of new products on our website
  • updating of prices and information of existing products
  • general management of product catalogue
  • technical datasheet management 

Skills and experience required :

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent IT Skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.  
  • Previous experience working with a website an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Highly motivated and organised with a flexible attitude.

Commercial Sales Representative - Greater Dublin Area

Our products are marketed through a network of leading retail bathroom showrooms and plumbers merchants. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated commercial sales representative to join our company

The Role

To support our current sales structure, we are seeking an experienced professional to generate demand for our products through specification with Architects, Mechanical Consultants, and Builders.

You will be required to identify upcoming projects using our CRM system which is populated with industry planning information with the objective of creating product specifications and presenting alternative product specifications which will be managed by way of back selling through our customer base in the region.

Working with our internal commercial sales team you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle to ensure specifications are adhered to, and SONAS Bathrooms quality assurances are delivered. 

The Candidate

  • Should be based in Leinster
  • Have a proven track record in specification selling
  • Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Programmes 
  • Highly motivated and organised individual with ability to effectively manage CRM tools
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Bathroom or relevant construction industry experience would be desirable

Sales Representative - Munster

The Role

  • Manage and develop an existing well-established retail and merchant customer base in Munster 
  • Increase showroom display and customer commitment to SONAS products 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to enable the continued growth of the region 
  • Work the existing ASM to increase market share in the region

Product Development Analyst

SONAS Bathrooms is the leading wholesale supplier of bathroom products in Ireland, and is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our product sourcing and development team

The Role

  • Contribute to the product development process and implementation of new products through to the market in line with the company’s strategies of brand development
  • Will liaise with the senior Buyer in developing relationships with suppliers.
  • Continually evaluate existing products according to market trends and search for improvements which meet or exceed predetermined gross margin targets
  • Works under close direction from the senior Buyer and handles increasingly complex issues while developing a track record of success in the development processes
  • A number of factory visits to Europe and China will be required each year as part of the product development process

The Candidate 

  • Bathroom Industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Project management skills and knowledge of the product cycle and product development timelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem solver with good negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Third level qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its functions

The Package

This is a full time permanent position based in our Dublin office, working Monday to Friday. Salary is €25,000 – €35,000 depending on experience.
